House foundations are one of the most important structural starts in a building project. the key to building a sound quality house begins with building a sound quality foundation slab. All house foundations will need to pass inspections before concrete gets poured. Once passed and pour day comes, the slab needs to be flat and saw cut in order to relieve any expansion and contraction the slab may go through. Anchor bolts and simpson straps are set around the perimeter of the house slab to enable frame work to be secured directly to the concrete slab. All of these processes will be written up (bluepints) to give exact measurements and sharp detail of the work that is about to undertake.
